We will work together and build upon your strengths so you may regain control of your life.

My practice is guided by a strengths-based and recovery-oriented framework, integrating various modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
